AR coating

Do most camera lenses use anti-reflective coating? If so, what is the most common wavelength that it aims to reduce?

Almost all cameras use AR coatings. Only really cheap lenses will be corrected for a specific wavelength (often green).

To be effective, the AR coating should try to minimize reflections across the entire visible band.

Here are some standard AR coatings. You can see where the minima are.1

The quarter wave Mg2F at 550 nm is the cheap single green wavelength coating. You can see why it is not that good.
